Operator Instructions

Special Instructions allow you to type specific instructions for the Communications Assistant prior to starting your relay call. Special instructions can be provided directly from the dial pad.

Special instructions may also be provided from the Call History or Address Book:

1.  Highlight the name of the person you want to call.  You will be asked if you want to call the person you have chosen

2.  Click “OK” and the Operator Instruction box will appear.  Enter instructions

3.  Click “Done”
