OK, so things are a little more complicated.

That security thing should have been an easy fix, but Internet Explorer is not cooperating. Here's what you need to do to make Internet Explorer work right.

Once you're finished, click the Back Button in your browser to try it again.

  • Select “Internet Options…” from Internet Explorer’s “Tools” menu.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Click the “Custom Level…” button
  • Scroll down to the “Download signed ActiveX controls” preference
  • Click the “Prompt” label below the preference.
  • Click the “OK” button.
  • Click “Yes” when prompted, “Are you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?”
  • Click the “OK” button.
