u can get the PIN if u use local 10-digit videophone like (sorenson vrs, or zvrs or purple vrs...
u have to put ur 10-digit on the ebay phone application and submit it to ebay and wait for sorenson or vrs or purple to ring...the interpreter will give u 3 digit number PIN and copy it and place the ebay'a PIN application and submit it then u will be approved...(do not use 800's #, ONLY local #...i am an ebay user....sell or buyer...

Lisa (author): Good news on the movie front. There are currently several lawsuits in various states; I believe one has already had a positive outcome, and it's likely that others will follow.
To answer your question about general ADA violations, you would contact the Dept. of Justice.

louis: i have had the same exact problem with XBOX LIVE,and NETFLIX. they joined together not to long ago but before they joined i complained they dont have closed captions/subtitles for ANYTHING that they offer, the service is a public service and should be covered by the ADA act. upon calling them i was told they do not offer that option on anything and never will. i am also in arguments with the local movie theatre company because they dont show any subtitles or closed captions for movies until months after they are released and even then its kids movies. MALCO still will not explain to me fully why they wont offer captions/subtitles on adult movies or when the movie is newer so that i can see with my friends. how can i contact someone about ADA violations to get something done about these places?

Crys: I am deaf ... I own www.overnightauctions.net, an eBay alternative online auction site. I'd never discriminate against anyone, been there/ done that, so anyone who wants to come join my site can expect friendly honest service. This is one of the reasons I left eBay myself, they are very inconsiderate and we don't need it.
