"One thing that I LOVE about i711 Text and Video Relay is having my own phone book and being able to save pre-created messages for the Relay interpreter. The first phone number I entered was my own home phone number. Why? My household has a voice answering machine since I am the only Deaf person in my house. :( But, I learned that I can make a text or video relay call and give the interpreter my "code" to retrieve (and record) even long voice messages off my own voice answering machine. Then if s/he relays the message(s) to me via text, I can save or print the message and number and call the hearing person back! :) How cool is that!?! (P.S...one caveat for consumers that want to use VCO - unless 1) you have two phone lines and the voice answering machine is connected to the line you are not using the VCO thorough, or 2)you are calling from a remote phone (i.e. checking to see if there are messages at home), you cannot use VCO since it will tie up the line. :)"

"After I saw i711 VRS at deaf expo in St. Charles, MO. It was so awesome and amazing how to use VRS on the computer, just like using VP on the T.V. Now, I am really looking forward to receive my free webcam so I can use i711 VRS. So I have choices whether to use VRS on VP or VRS on the computer. It is nice to have two ways to use VRS. :) You can say, technologies are great for many reasons. ;) "

"i711 is my choice of Relay provider when it comes down to VRS or AIM relay! I just LOVE their special features such as smart dialing, speed dialing and click relay!
On the AIM, you guys have the fastest and most available relay operators (with the other relay providers, I usually have to wait for an operator to become available!)
Thanks i711! keep up the good work!"
