"I think its wonderful to use since I like automatic for phone numbers to store with names, use IM or TTY, colors for fonts, easier to use better than Sprint IP relay. Since I work for civil service under government, I have difficult to use this i711 service at work due to firewall and security reason. This is only thing that I'm disappointed about it. I had to use TDD machine at work. Also, I think it's good thing to have sidekick so I can use i711 relay service anywhere. Keep up good job. "
